Raccoon squirrels!

For all of those non-believers who refused to accept our tales of the famous North Carolina raccoon-squirrel, we got photographic evidence during our vacation:

The more common black variety

Rarer black-headed gray variety

    Are those things street legal? Looks like something that belongs in Mary and David's backyard in Whitehall.

    The larger ones would actually be a bit scary if they weren't so afraid of humans. they look like small bears.
